MikroTik API - Install MikroTik PHP Web API on Windows WAMP #1

<br /> <br /> Today I will show you how to install MikroTik API v3 by Kamphengphet Devaloper. It is a PHP web API to manage multiple MikroTik Router from same interface. You can manage MikroTik Hotspot and PPPOE server from it. You can create different packages and user.
