solved svn: E155037: Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted

I was trying to update RADIUSdesk using svn on UBUNTU server 16.04. This took some time and then at a file it stalled. I cancel it by pressing ctrl+c and try to run it again but was giving this error message then <b>svn: E155037: Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted</b> To solve this error do the following<br /> 1.
